Shipping Lead-times & Costs


All orders are dispatched from our HQ located in South Sydney, Barden Ridge. We ship Australia wide.

All orders (except custom made orders) are processed, packed and dispatched between 1-3 business days of order placement. It is possible for slight delays with dispatch during peak times such as sale periods. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Minimum order value of $50 is required.

Shipping Terms

 

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Shipping Delays

Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of our control as a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express shipping - please email us at hello@houseoffarah.com.au, if your order is urgent.
 

Lost Parcels

Once your order has been placed dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number. House of Farah cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. Missing parcel inquiries must be directed to the selected courier. If you have entered the incorrect shipping address, your parcel will be delivered back to us, after which we can then re-ship to the correct address. Please note that the cost for reshipment is at the expense of the customer.
 

Sales Tax

Australian customers will have the standard 10% GST included in their order. 
 

Out-of Stocks

For all information on out-of-stock items, including the estimated date of arrival, please email us at hello@houseoffarah.com.au. We will endevour to provide all details relating to the out-of stock product so that you won’t miss out on the next shipment.
