Returns Policy

At House of Farah, we understand the need for quality photography, footage and information of our products to provide our customers with as much inspiration and detail as possible to make your choices easy. We also welcome any requests for more photos if needed by contacting us at hello@houseoffarah.com.au.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the items purchased from House of Farah, items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Merchandise will only be accepted if it is in its original condition and packaging. 

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 7 days from the time of receipt for your return to be processed.

Any custom orders, sale items, and candles are final sale.

DAMAGED GOODS

At House of Farah we put a lot of importance on the quality of our pieces, design and craftsmanship to ensure they are of the highest standard before dispatch with every piece quality-checked.  We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives to you safely, however in rare instances damages do occur, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order with details of the damage or defect so we can provide effective and prompt solutions. Please provide your order number, details of product fault along with corresponding photos to ensure a speedy resolution. Please note that damage or loss which occurs in transit will be subject to Australia Post’s or Sendle's (depending on method of shipment) insurance procedures. Please rest assured that every order dispatched above $100 is insured up to its value. Shipping and handling charges will only be returned to the customer if we are unable to provide repair or replacement to items damaged in transit or by factory defect.
