Welcome to House of Farah's website. These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of houseoffarah.com.au (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by House of Farah Pty. This Site is an e-commerce website.
By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
If we believe you are using our Site illegally or in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to our Site. We also reserve the right to take any legal steps necessary to prevent you from accessing our Site. Any unauthorised activity on this Site may result in a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

This includes, but is not limited to images, copy, logos, documents, designs and anything that contributes to the content and appearance of our Site. Orders and Agreements
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on our Site.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible.
However, we are not legally bound by such information and we do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, descriptions, images, or suitability of the information and materials provided on this Site. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.
You agree that House of Farah is not obligated to supply the products to you until the order has been accepted and an agreement concluded.
Payment of an Order is required to be made in full at the time of the Order being accepted by House of Farah by one of the payment methods provided on the Site
Upon placement of the Order, House of Farah will issue an Order Confirmation which will be sent to you by email. This email is not an acceptance of the order.
A binding agreement between you and House of Farah for the purchase of products is formed when you receive a shipment confirmation communication from House of Farah.
House of Farah may in its discretion refuse to accept an order from you, or refuse to process your order for any reason. These reasons include but not limited to:
unavailability of products from the order;
- House of Farah suspects that you might be reselling the products
- House of Farah suspects that the order is not genuine and that it is being used for a purpose other than for use of the Products; or
- Where House of Farah considers that the Products cannot be delivered to your nominated delivery address.
House of Farah is not obliged to accept any request from you for a cancellation or amendment of an order.
If you realise that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to House of Farah via our Site, you may request to cancel or amend the order. House of Farah does not guarantee that it will be able to cancel or amend the order in those circumstances, however we will endeavour to make every effort to accomodate.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site: Credit Card; PayPal; Debit Apple Pay.
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
All products on our Site are inclusive of GST.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

When purchasing our products, slight variations may occur between the product received and the images displayed on our website. These variations can be attributed to, but not limited to, factors such as photography lighting, product batches, natural materials used and the handmade nature of our products. We make every effort to ensure that our products closely resemble the photographs and descriptions presented on our website.
